Price sheet

Four size classes, because size is the only honest variable.

Class is set by painted surface area and interior volume. A dually takes longer than a Miata to reach the same standard, so it costs more. Everything here is a starting price for a vehicle in average condition.

Some conditions genuinely take extra hours, and we quote those separately with your approval before we start: heavy pet hair, spilled liquids, mildew, smoke odor, sand and construction debris, and paint that needs machine correction. Nothing gets added to your total after the work is finished.

Add-ons and standalone work

Book these with a package or on their own.

Paint correction

Machine polishing that removes swirls, light scratches, and oxidation instead of filling them with glaze that washes out in a month.

Ceramic coating

One to three years of hydrophobic protection. The right call for a vehicle that lives outside through a San Antonio summer.

Clay bar treatment

Lifts bonded grit, overspray, and rail dust that washing leaves behind. Paint goes from gritty to glass under your palm.

Car waxing

Hand-applied wax for gloss and two to three months of real UV protection. The economical maintenance layer.

Engine detailing

Bay degreased, rinsed with electronics protected, and dressed so plastics and hoses look factory instead of oily.

Headlight restoration

Hazed, yellowed lenses wet-sanded, polished, and sealed. Cheaper than housings and you actually see better at night.

Exhaust tip polishing

Carbon and heat bluing cut off stainless and chrome until the tips mirror again, then sealed to slow it coming back.

Pet hair removal

Worked out of carpet and cloth with rubber tools and extraction. Suction alone does not pull woven-in dog hair.

Wheels and tires

Faces, barrels, lug seats, and wells cleaned, then dressed with a satin finish applied off the car so nothing slings onto paint.

What San Antonio does to a vehicle

Sun, dust, and a lot of highway.

Paint takes the worst of it

Clear coat here fights ultraviolet radiation most of the year, plus caliche dust, pollen, and the film that comes off Loop 410 and I-10. Left alone, that combination oxidizes the top layer, flattens gloss, and eventually opens the door to fading that no polish can bring back.

Protection is the whole game. A wax or coating is a sacrificial layer that takes the abuse instead of your paint. Renewing it on a schedule costs a fraction of correcting damage after the fact, and considerably less than a repaint.

Soft clear coats on German and Japanese cars mark more easily than most owners expect, which is exactly why wash technique matters. Nearly every swirl we correct was created by washing, not by neglect.

The cabin ages faster than you notice

A dashboard behind glass in an August parking lot runs far hotter than the air outside, hour after hour. Leather dries and starts to crack. Vinyl and plastic trim fade, then get brittle enough to break at a seam when you lean on it.

Conditioning and UV protectant slow that down. So does pulling abrasive grit out of the carpet before it grinds fibers flat under your heels.

Interior condition also carries real money. It is the first thing a private buyer or a dealer appraiser looks at, and it moves a trade-in number more than most people expect.

How the appointment runs

You give us a parking space. We handle the rest.

The order matters. Washing before decontaminating, or polishing before either, grinds contamination into the paint. Every appointment runs the same way for that reason.

What customers say

Eight reviews, eight fives.

We would rather point you at Google than paste selected quotes here where we control the edit. Read them in the customers' own words. And if we have detailed your vehicle, a review is worth more to a small operation than anything else you could do for us.

Questions

The ones we get every week.

Do you come to me, or do I drop the car off?

We come to you. All work happens at your home, apartment, or workplace anywhere in San Antonio. We bring our own water and power, so you do not need to run a hose or an extension cord out to the driveway.

How much room do you need to work?

One parking space with enough clearance to open the doors and walk the perimeter. A garage or covered spot is a bonus in summer but never a requirement. If you live somewhere that prohibits washing on the property, we can switch to a rinseless method that produces no runoff.

Why does price depend on the vehicle?

A three row Suburban has roughly twice the interior volume and a third more painted surface than a coupe. Same standard of work, more hours to reach it. We publish a starting price for each of four size classes so there is no guessing before we arrive.

Can the price change once you see the car?

Only upward from the starting price, only for conditions we can point at, and only with your approval before we begin. Heavy pet hair, spilled milk or coffee, mildew, smoke odor, and paint needing correction all take real extra hours. Nothing gets added to the total after the work is done.

How long will it take?

Exterior detail, roughly two hours. Interior detail, two to three. Full detail, three to four on a car and up to six on a large SUV or truck. Paint correction takes a full day and is booked on its own.

Do you work on European and performance cars?

Regularly. Soft German clear coats mark easily, which is exactly why wash technique matters more on those cars than on anything else. We use pH neutral chemistry, plush media, and a controlled two bucket method rather than anything abrasive.

Wax or ceramic coating?

Wax is inexpensive and lasts two to three months, which suits a garage kept car. Ceramic coating costs more and lasts one to three years, which is the better math on a vehicle that sits outside in San Antonio sun all summer. We will tell you which one your paint actually calls for.

What if it rains?

We move the appointment at no cost. We check radar the morning of and call before we load up if the day looks unworkable. If you have a garage or carport we can often work straight through it.

Are you insured?

Yes, we carry general liability coverage and can send a certificate on request. Apartment complexes and office parks sometimes ask for one before they will let a vendor work on the property.

How do I pay?

Cash, credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Venmo, or Zelle. We collect at the end, after you have walked the vehicle and you are happy with it.

Get on the schedule

Calling is fastest. Texting works too.
